Refund policy

Jewelry can be returned or exchanged within 14 business days from the date of online purchase, counted from the moment the item is delivered to the customer. After this period, returns or exchanges are not allowed.

• Jewelry can only be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value; if exchanged for a lower-value item, the price difference will not be refunded.
• Returned products and packaging must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to refuse the return of the sold jewelry.
• In the case of a product return, the amount will be refunded from the company’s bank account to the customer’s account within 10 (ten) business days, via cashless settlement to the same bank card used for the purchase.
• Items purchased at a discount cannot be returned; they can only be exchanged for the same model in a different color or size, provided the model is in stock.
• The warranty period for purchased products is 30 (thirty) calendar days, counted from the moment the item is delivered to the customer.
• Reading the care instructions is mandatory and is sent to all customers at the time of purchase.
• In the case of mechanical damage, jewelry cannot be repaired, as it will not return to its original form.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
